Development blueprints for Epstein's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.
Additionally included in this recent photograph release seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had created ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and includes a legend labelling various parts of the estate.
In addition to this are what seem to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, such as designs for marina coverings.
Additional materials made public as part of the current oversight disclosure.
