Soccer Star Aaron Ramsey Ups Bounty for Lost Pet in Mexico to $Twenty Thousand Dollars
Wales football star Ramsey has increased the bounty for information about his vanished canine Halo to $twenty thousand dollars.
The former Premier League club Arsenal and Cardiff midfielder, who currently plays for Pumas UNAM in the capital, revealed that the beagle was last seen in a Mexican town, located in the Guanajuato region.
The beagle, who disappeared on October 9th, was had on a GPS collar, and the footballer published a map pinpoint of where she was last seen.
"Any sort of updates about our pet Halo kindly get in touch with us. Substantial incentive for finding her. We are all praying she is safe and comes home to our family quickly," the athlete posted on social media.
Initial Offer and Emotional Appeals
The footballer first revealed that his dog had gone missing two weeks ago and has subsequently posted numerous photos of the adored pet on his social media account.
A £7.5k incentive was first provided, but with no news on the dog's whereabouts after a week, Ramsey and his family increased the reward.
"We just want Halo back," he stated in a further plea on his online platforms after the 10-year-old pet was lost.
A recent image upload is a black and white image of the beagle snoozing, her head lying in the crook of the athlete's arm, with the description: "What I wouldn't give to cuddle you once more Halo."
Household's Worries and Context
Ramsey has additionally shared a note from his spouse Colleen on online channels saying they have several "pressing questions" about the disappearance and are concerned the family "could possibly not receive clarity".
"We still are still searching for Halo. I fear we ever will," the spouse's message expressed.
The Welsh leader signed with Mexico's first division club Pumas UNAM recently and made his first appearance in the Mexican league in August.
